are NONE of the places I apply getting back to me? I have 16 years experience..Igreat references....I just do NOT understand what they want/need????? I am so perplexed by all of this. Also, a lot of the companies who have ads on the boards, there is No/low work and not enough....what is going on???? This profession is dying slowly day by day......or already has IMO.
