You get vacation time (5-6 days per year I think) and I have never been denied any request to take PTO. I think for Xmas and Thanksgiving, they might ask which you plan to flex or take off from so they can maintain the schedule, but you can only choose one. My memory could be fuzzy on that though - anyone else?
