You tell them what you project your line count to be, work your own schedule. Hire only SE's so there are no benefits like vacation etc. You have a 24-hour window to do the work. Pay always on time. They treat you very well in my experience. I've been with them less than a year; I'm very happy with MDI. Some accounts still require unlimited long distance plan. Some acct's don't. I almost never run all the way out of work. I do have several accts however. They also do not offshore work and do not have voice recognition stuff. Again, I am very happy there. They do have clinic and acute care.
