I do not work weekends or holidays. From time to time they will ask for extra help for weekends but not often. They have their slow times like any company but 90% of the time there is work. I have been on the same account since I started. There are a few ESLs but not many and QA is helpful. The work is done over the internet. They supply you with the footpedal. This info is for what I do. They have a lot of other accounts so can be different. Are you thinking about working for them?
