We're not all here simply because we can't find [2008-12-03]
other jobs. Some of us stay because of choice. I may not like all the changes, but I choose to stay with MQ. My rate of pay is as good as I could get other places even with the cut in ASR. They pay on time. My supervisors have been very good to work for. So, it's not all bad.
I was simply repeating what I read here [2008-08-19]
Not making a judgment, since I've not sat at the QA side of the desk.
CP question. When the CP simply states for the physical exam and SM [2008-07-04]
review of systems: System headings all in caps stacked at left margin, does that mean that we break them into systems even if not dictated that way?
Also, when it says to put all system headings in caps at left when dictated as such, most of my doctors will dictate some in that format, and just in a paragraph form for other parts of the exam. Not sure what to do.
TIA.
this is simply progressive discipline .. [2008-07-03]
and most professional corporations have similar policies.
Because they have the policy, they have to follow it. I live in Florida, which is what I think they call and employ at will state, which basically means they can fire you at anytime they want, with or without cause. So, I think this policy is a good thing. At least if I get fired, I should know why. LOL
Think about it, if people never made quota, then some on here would be fussing about that.
All I would do is document to my PS any extenuating circumstances (sick, family situations, bad audio quality for several days, etc.) that you feel contributed to it.
And then don't worry ...
This is JMHO. Thanks.
Working those last few days after giving notice - what an exercise in self-discipline. nm [2008-07-02]

I was not telling anyone anything. I was concerned and simply [2008-05-23]
wondering what was going on.
I was not rude, simply making you aware... [2008-05-08]
that this has been posted numerous times. You are being rude . It is getting old, and I am not the only person who feels this way. It is common courtesy on forums to do aSEARCH before creating a new thread, and this is no exception. It will only take a few seconds to discover that this has been covered extensively already.
I think we forget they simply are treating this as a business and we are office supplies. (sm) [2008-04-02]
Put a computer, phone, stapler, pens/pencils on each desk. We are now just part of the office equipment necessary to produce their product.
I still love working from home, still love my main account which I get at least 80 to 90% of the time. For those reasons I guess I just time in and time out at the correct times until retirement comes (which is actually not too far in the future).
I think they are figuring if they ignore our complaints long enough, enough people leave and new ones come in who don't know the pooling was ever any different that eventually we will be working like a well oiled machine and will have forgotten how much enjoyment and profit we used to reap from our work.
I am too old to be PMSing, guess it is just old age grouchies today.
Try to have a nice one.
its called conversation simply out of curiosity... [2008-03-07]
sometimes i do get it like 2 days before payday...sometimes i dont... i understand why now. thanks.
That was rude and uncalled for. My post was simply [2008-02-21]
an explanation as to why we don't always hear things. Obviously your reasons for posting aren't to have a conversation or possibly understand something, but rather just a tool to argue and insult.
No, we weren't simply talking spellcheck, and platforms [2008-02-21]
and have no place in this discussion.
I've only been here 8, and they simply [2008-02-01]
asked for my schedule when I started. I gave no weekend hours at all. I almost always put a few hours in anyway, but they've never required it from me.
As an employee you could simply request this equipment [2007-12-31]
I have 2 foot pedals for 2 separate computers, though I use in the same house.
IMO, ASR is simply a way to attract the client with lower prices...SM [2007-12-07]
The company can then drop the MT's pay scale to compensate for getting less money from the client. Everyone wins except the MT who works for less money and is basically retyping the entire report because ASR is nowhere close to where it should be. ASR was created, IMO, as a marketing tool to snatch clients at it's lower transcription rates. I wish all MTs would refuse decreased pay for doing ASR because it is for the most part no different than straight transcription, with the exception of that rare client who is a slow, clear and concise dictator.
Simply put...to answer all those MT-specific questions [2007-11-20]
that your PS can't because they probably were never an MT. Here's an example on your CP. If it says you MUST use a dictated for, but the resident doesn't dictate one and it's not listed on your CP, then you QKL will get to the bottom of it and make sure it's fixed on your CP.
Its real complicated IMO, simply put, work your butt off and do not miss any time [2007-11-09]
There is a big complicated formula that can be found on Qnet, but basically just do your job. They take into account production (exceeding the lines required per hour) and accuracy. Then other factors such as working the scheduled hours and such. There are lots of factors.
No benefits and a lousy 1. something overtime per pay. I simply can't work SM [2007-10-26]

changed a little. I am not arguing with you, I really just want someone to help me see it MQ and the client's way, reasoning or logic behind it, so I will understand.
I am thankful for my job and some are worse off if this country I know. Just frustrated with the Big Business out there I guess.

because the IR does not know [2008-12-04]
anything about any work pools or what tier you work on (it is very possible for there to be backlogs in tiers other than what you get). They are a call center whose calling is activated by your CCM, who simply tells them how many hours they need and then they just start calling.
My point is that it seems as if a vast majority of people who post on here have absolutely no business or common sense and suffer from chronic victimization mentality. The world is not out to get you and neither is MQ.
We need to realize that EVERYTHING that MQ does is generated by trying to get and keep customers; there is no evil empire and no one spends any time wondering how they can next screw you. Business does not work that way.
I don't recall saying I felt like anyone was "out to [2008-12-04]
get me. I was, once again, simply curious as to why they would call and ask for extra hours when no extra work is available. I'm guessing they do know my tier level. It wouldn't make much business sense to schedule people for overtime who are not able to do the work needed. I do not have a victim mentality. I am smart enough to know, however, that the IR calling when no extra work is available is ludicrous and unnecessary. Your attitude in your answers makes you appear that you think you are somehow superior to other MTs who have questions. We all havequestions fromtime to time.Even if we just want to vent, this is the place to do it.Have a good day!
I used my name in July 2007 [2008-12-02]
I was not quite as nice as moonchild. I simply stated the impact the changes in July 2007 had on my life. I was polite, but my anger oozed. I'm still here. No repercussions. I never thought to not put my name. Everything I said was the truth as were the predictions I made... that my future with MQ... well, the days were numbered. And they were. Flex PT now. Good move for me.
Advanced Directives [2008-12-02]
The friend I talked to about this is in her 70s, and told her daughter no paddles, but the daughter says she'd do it, anyway. Her main point was that she wouldn't want extensive heroics at this stage in her life, and wouldn't be interested in chemo if she were diagnosed with cancer.
Now would be a good time to ensure that info is in the wallet! Some families simply can't discuss death, which is unfortunate.
my letter to mr 644 [2008-12-01]
Dear Mr. 644
You really need to know what Medquists decisions are doing to your Medical Transcriptionists. I have never seen morale so low. We are depressed, barely functioning, and hate our jobs. And Medquist just keeps adding insult to injury. We were already making anywhere from $200 to $400 less a month since the start of medical editing. Whoever had the brilliant idea that ASR would be more productive has obviously never done this work for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. You can sit there for an hour and type your brains out and maybe have a really high score, but it doesn't work over the long term. My production has donenothing but go down since beginning editing. And my self esteem has plummeted to depths I never thought possible. Which in turn hurts quality and productivity. But Medquist has made it clear that quality is not their concern, just quantity. Unfortunately, we MTs were trained to produce a quality product and it is hard for us to turn our backs on that just to increase our line counts so we can pay our bills. Which I haven't been able to do in a year. And then to lower the rates you pay for this already abysmal project of yours, well, talk about a slap in the face. and THEN to heap onto that insult by saying we should be able to edit over 600 lines an hour!!?? omg. unbelievable. it would belaughable if we weren't already crying. Its just too disturbing. I finally ended up going part-time because I simply could not cope. I used to love being a Medical Transcriptionist. Have done this work for over 25 years. Worked at a hospital where I was respected and valued as an employee and had nothing by superior yearly evaluations. Ever since I started working for Medquist 2 years ago, I have done everything possible to look for another job. But jobs being what they are these days, its been difficult. So I've finally had to go part-time for Medquist just to keep from total despair. And I took a different full-time MT job, whereI am once againvalued and respected. Things that I had almost given up hope believing stillexisted since working here.
Its just really sad. You have all these great employees, and they really try hard, WE really try hard, to do a good job. And what are our rewards? Work that makes it nearly impossible to hit our minimum line count. And decreased pay rates. Would you work for a company that did these things to you? You might for a while, because you are loyal. That is why we stay. Because we keep hoping for the best, even though time and time again the opposite is what we get.
Your MTs are really really frustrated and this company really needs to do something before it not only loses its quality transcriptionists, but what will follow is all your clients leaving because of the poor quality product that makes its way back to them. We don't get paid enough to care anymore. For some reason we still do.
Thank you for listening.
Really? Then why dig on poster below [2008-12-01]
for putting their name then dig on poster above for not putting their name? What is the purpose of that other than to simply put other posters down?
Really, I'm very interested in the reasoning behind your posts. You are extremely happy with MQ and all of their changes, and are extremely irritated with everyone who isn't. How long have you been doing ASR? When did they change things around for you? Others have been fighting that battle for years, yet you simply send them the info and they fix it for you? That's great, as that's the way it should be. So here's another question...what about those they've ignored and done nothing for? Who are you to judge them for complaining about it?
Not capitalized [2008-11-30]
Unless it is a proper name as in name of clinic, i.e. You Name It Infectious Disease Clinic. As a general rule, hospital disciplinary services are not capitalized. This may vary (check the CP)..but if they don't request it, I don't put it. I've been in this business for many years and I've never run across a facility yet that wanted the services capitalized. The only time I cap an inhouse service is if it is used a stand-alone discipline like Anesthesia. I would cap that so as to distinguish between it being patient received anesthesia and the service itself.
It depends [2008-11-28]
On what you think is insignificant. The problem thatwith the idea that it is okay to let basic grammar slide as insignificant because you feel it does not affect patient care is that it is a progressive downward slope in quality of product. The same thing happens in the workplace where dress codes are expected - as soon as you allow one person to wear jeans, the next thing you know, someone else is wearing innappropriate shorts because that is their idea of casual. We have become a society of thinkers who believe that my bad is not as bad as the next guy's bad, so it must be okay.
I am very much in the minority on this board in that I believe that every grammar rule and every transcription guideline is valid and should be the gold standard reached for. Yes, they change - so does all language. We no longer say Thee and Thou. Get over it, keep up with changes (we are language specialists after all, and all specialists keep current in their field if they wish to succeed), and be a teacher yourself rather than pulling people down.
Soapbox now available for the next guy.
ASR rethink [2008-11-26]
Hi all, well, I have to eat my words. I said I was done with ASR, but when thinking things over (looking for another job at 50+) I began to think about maybe speed on ASR would make up for any lost pay on line count. Well, I have been doing nothing but ASR for the last 2-3 days and I have increased by paycheck almost double simply because I don't have to slow down my production with LONG ESL discharge summaries to type, etc. I must say, I was skeptical, but with speed you can really increase your paycheck doing ASR even with a reduction in line rate.
the states.... [2008-11-25]
...are backwards, not all the people in them. i grew up in Miami lived in Virginia for a few years lived in Vermont for a lot years now live in TN. which i imagine is how a lot of people are. the states don't define us. but the states themselves have their own personalities and their own stupid law regarding minimum wage. and those laws tell a lot about how progressive or backwards ones state is.
holiday [2008-11-23]
What a grim tale Scrooge! Yes, there are some great paying MT jobs out therewith a lot of MTs applying for each and every one of them. Yes, there are other companies willing topay more than MQ. Yes, there are other companies paying less than MQ. Yes, there are other companies with better benefits than MQ. Yes, there are other companies with worse benefits than MQ.
I alsoworkas an IC for a privatemedical office that does pay me more per line than MQ doesbut I don't get any benefits, have to pickup and deliver, don't get paid when the doctors are on vacation or out of the office, have gotten only 1 raise in 11 years, andam only allowedto take off1 weekper year (unpaid ofcourse).
There are a lot of campanies in the US that have headquarters, manufacturing plants, etc., outside of the US.This is not something unusual or unique to MQ.If MQ becomes a foreign company doing business in the US, then theymay very well lose accounts. However, you have to remember that hospitals and other medical facilities are first and foremost a business and all businessesoperate toturn a profit and will gravitate towards the cheapestmeans to achieve that goal.
In this economy, we all need to be thankful for a job. ThoseMQ employees who harbor suchhostility towards MQ should think of how they would feel if they logged on simply to learn they'd lost their job because MQ couldn't keepenough accounts. Instead of puttingso much effort into dissing them, maybe that effort should be puttowardstheir job.
As for those prior MQ employees---WHO CARES-----your opinions mean nothing, your ideas mean nothing, you are not a vital part of the MQ community now and probable never wereto begin with. When you don't like yourjob, you get a new one and that's that. You don't continually diss yourformer employee unless you're trying to convince yourselfyou're right. This is something teenagers do, not grown-upswith bills to pay and mouths to feed.
MQ may not be the perfectemployerbuttell me one that is, then I'll believe your doom and gloom, they did me wrong song!
Wow, I think 510 is impressive. [2008-11-23]
Of course, I'm not surprised you still want to name every reason in the book why you don't believe anyone can achieve 644. Maybe YOU can't but that has nothing to do with what others can or can't do.
I do believe the 644 ASR rate because I've seen several MTs do it. Usually when production figures for top producers are put out for everyone, its those who are not the top achievers who feel the need to attack.
Why not simply say awesome for them. I think I can do better and try? You did and you came up to 510 LPH. So, those tips DID help you.
If everyone were a top producer there wouldn't be TOP producers! LOL
what is sad .. [2008-11-22]
is that for every one of us experienced people here who believe in ourselves and just simply do not believe the 600+ figure, there are probably literally hundreds of MTs now beating themselves up and feeling worse than before (if that is possible) about their ability to do this job and do it properly.
Sad. just sad.
Will the National Labor [2008-11-20]
http://www.nlrb.gov/Workplace_Rights/employee_rights.aspx
Can the NLRB Help Me?
The National Labor Relations Act extends rights to most private sector employees, to their employers, and to unions/labor organizations.
The NLRA protects workers who form, join, support or assist unions, also known as labor organizations, and protects groups of workers (two or more employees) who engage in protected concerted activities without a union seeking to modify their wages or working conditions. The Act protects non-union and union employees against employer and union discrimination based on union-related activities or other protected concerted activities. Please read the Basic Guide to the National Labor Relations Act [PDF] [HTML] [PDF (Chinese)] for more information about what laws extend to the private workplace.
Employees, who are not in a union or part of a recognized bargaining unit, and deemed to be employed at-will may be fired, suspended, transferred, demoted, or otherwise disciplined by their employer for any reason, provided the employer's conduct does not violate the NLRA, which would be considered an unfair labor practice, or another federal or state statute. Some states have laws that extend rights to at-will employees. Anyone employed at-will, who wants to pursue a case against an employer for alleged wrongful discipline, discharge or other retaliation, should seek advice from a private attorney.
There are many other labor issues that affect employees and the workplace that do not fall under the NLRB's jurisdiction.
Click here for a list of industries not covered by the NLRA.
You may also go to the Referral Guide or the Frequently Asked Questions for information about the responsibilities of various other federal and state agencies that may assist you with different job-related problems.
If you have a question about a workplace problem, call an NLRB Information Officer. Information Officers are available by phone or by walking into our Regional Offices during business hours. Because questions about your rights warrant a full understanding of the facts involved, we generally discourage communications about your workplace problems by E-mail. Find the nearest NLRB office by visiting the page titled Locating Our Offices.
Examples of Your Rights As An Employee Under the NLRA Are:
Forming, or attempting to form, a union among the employees of your employer.
Joining a union whether the union is recognized by your employer or not.
Assisting a union in organizing your fellow employees.
Engaging in protected concerted activities. Generally, protected concerted activity is group activity which seeks to modify wages or working conditions.
Refusing to do any or all of these things. However, the union and employer, in a State where such agreements are permitted, may enter into a lawful union-security clause requiring employees to pay union dues and fees.
The NLRA forbids employers from interfering with, restraining, or coercing employees in the exercise of rights relating to organizing, forming, joining or assisting a labor organization for collective bargaining purposes, or engaging in protected concerted activities, or refraining from any such activity. Similarly, labor organizations may not restrain or coerce employees in the exercise of these rights.
Settlement - What a brilliant move! [2008-11-20]
Not much time to post, but this is what is going on with the class action settlement. The MT class action suit was simply a bunch of lawyers who hopped onto the coattails of the South Florida hospital law suit. Their theory was that IF MQ overbilled clients, it stands that they then MUST have underpaid MTs. These lawyers had no pride and fished this board for years to get any info they could, and they never could get any proof of their theory. But that doesn’t matter in America, right? They sued anyway, knowing that they would get $$ for it. They did, at ¼ million for their own fees. Not shabby for a fished up lawsuit. Their original suit was only for MedRite, by the way, and not a lot of us were on that system. At any rate, this is my 100% prediction of why the $$ is going to AHDI or AAMT. CHECK THIS OUT: 1.5 million is going there so that MQ MTs can BENEFIT from it? How might you all benefit, you wonder? MQ and AHDI worked hand in hand and invented the RMT – registered medical Transcriptionist certificate thing, and it was INVENTED to prove that INDIAN MTS knew their stuff. Prior to that there was no such cert. So MQ and the other big MTSOs needed something in paper to show to our American hospitals that Indian MTs could do the work, too, so they invented the RMT. CMT had been around for a while. Now, I believe last I checked, the RMT cost a good several hundred bucks from start to finish, all in AAMT’s pocket – courses to prepare, books and materials, and then the cost for the final test with required renewals, etc. GUESS WHAT?? You are all gonna be FORCED to get your credentials, as in the RMT. MQ once again has killed 2 birds with 1 stone. They are gonna use this to BENEFIT once again. This is not for your benefit, but its gonna be an across the board test for all MQ MTs, Indian and American, and then the clients will be told there is NO DIFFERENCE in quality with all being RMTs, Indian or American, and that its discrimination or something to demand US only work. This 100% makes sense and is the plot, I would guarantee it. This is what is up with all this CRAP. And MQ got the US judicial system to support it! Remember, everything MQ does is only for their benefit, so does this not make total sense? OUR settlement $ is going to the AHDI or whatever they are called now, otherwise known as MQ’s back pocket, and you will get to take FOR FREE the RMT exam and prep work, etc. because MQ is gonna demand this. HOW BACKHANDED IS THAT? MQ continues to impress with its snarky moves right down to this genius move. Plaintiffs don’t care and are probably laughing their behinds off at the lack of cooperation they got from MQ MTs – they got their $$. Also, please remember that this suit has been around for years and most MTs were not interested at all in helping the case, so don’t expect one ounce of sympathy from the lawyers. This is, indeed, a DONE DEAL. You are trying to jump on a bandwagon that launched years and years ago. Also, why on earth so many of you are wasting your time writing to management to complain about your rates being cut? How on earth could you possibly think this is productive? They know it! They want your rates cut. They would probably like you all to quit before Christmas, and they have THOUSANDS OF YOUR REPLACEMENTS ready and in the batter’s box. PLEASE come to your senses and see the light. Get yourselves situated in new jobs and leave this drama behind you. It will NEVER end in a good way for US MTs, never. Remember – FACT not EMOTION. Your company is owned by India, NOT America. Your American bosses are just paper, they are HOLOGRAMS just like CNN uses for the election. They are a façade. You are owned by INDIA and India wants to do what is natural – make more $ and use Indian MTs. PLEASE see the light. Use your time and energy for something productive, not fooling yourselves that you can somehow get back at MQ.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again. [2008-11-19]
Until we, as a group, start valuing ourselves, then we will not be valued by management. We are not simply typists. We are professionals and should be treated as such. Because I rarely post, I will repeat this once more. I am now in my third year of medical school, an am ranked #8 in a class of 140. I passed the USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Examination) on the first try, essentially without studying. And I have done this while working TWO jobs (yes, I moonlight, MedQuist. Bite me!) If this post gets me fired, well whoop DE do for my Subaru! One of the only reasons I was still working was so that I could E-mail my supervisor (only God knows who that will be in 18 months, maybe Pradeep Patel!) so the name on my paycheck would read Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, M.D. The information that each and every one of you has is INVALUABLE. What we need to do is put pressure on our congress to pass a law making offshorting of medical records ILLEGAL! and cut the #)@#%$ legs out from under Medquist and every other MTSO that offshores work. Then let them scramble for employees to get this work done, and I hope every one of you out there asks for a raise then. A relative of mine recently had an appendectomy, and the hospital bill came to $32,000 for 1) An emergency room stay, 2) Admission at 8:00 am for surgery at 10:00 am, 3) Laparoscopic appendectomy, and 4) Discharge the next day at 12:00 pm. At most, the MTSO that does their transcription got an H&P, an OP report, and a Discharge Summary, maybe the radiology report from the CT scan. I GUARANTEE you that, at most, that was maybe 300 lines of transcription or so. So, maybe at 10 or 12 cents a line, that was MAYBE 45 dollars out of 32,000! Don't feed us this crap, MedQuist! There are three characteristics of any purchase, and you can only ever get two of the three. They are VALUE, SPEED and QUALITY. Which one is MedQuist giving up?
yea, but... [2008-11-19]
..my point is WHO EFFING GIVES A CRAP??? this is the kind of ridiculous mundane UNIMPORTANT detail that is simply a waste of everyones time and has absolutely nothing to do with patient care. i know what BOS stands for and it is NOT book of style.
Sorry, but the natural human response. . . [2008-11-19]
when someone slams you is to slam them back. I'm so tired of sitting back submissively to all these changes and asking Please, Sir, may I have another? a LA Animal House when they got whacked in the butt. They make these changes and when we decide to retaliate in any way, doing crappy work, cutting back in any way to recoup our salary cuts, even simply allowing ourselves the natural human response to get mad, they turn around and blame us for not being able to find quality (i.e., submissive) MTs enough to staff their work and the necessary need to offshore. I'm just sick of it and have to look for a new career.

familiar with half the stuff I am. Family members would go to her for any medical questions..but she hardly ever knows what they are talking about..whereas I usually can not only explain it..but point then in the right direction for a resource. This has always stuck in my craw..our vast medical knowledge far outweighs even most physicians (and of course I am not talking clinical...simply medical language)....and nobody except MTs seems to get this.
10.5 cpl here, but I was bought at this rate -- sm [2008-11-19]
when MQ bought YOG how ever many years ago. But, I haven't had a raise in 13 years. Now if you think I might be overpaid, how much would you pay a doctor to transcribe reports, because that's where I'll be in 18 months. I think I heard the laughter a 1000 miles away when I asked for a raise last year. Also, if YOG was profitable enough to be bought by Medquist so many years ago when gas was a dollar a gallon, why can't the Q make a profit now. God knows they are charging the hospitals more now. My guess is that it is simply MISMANAGEMENT.
UNION UNION UNION UNION UNION UNION [2008-11-18]
We need to be UNIONZED. That is EXACTLY why this company can screw us over time and time again. They have the PEFECT position of lording over a workforce that has NO REPRESENTATION, is isolated and mainly women. WE NEED TO UNIONIZE. I am seriously going to look into this because actually I do know somebody. I do not care. Call me Norma Rae. If we were unionized, this company would have accountabilit and checks and balances towards the PRIMARY workforce. As of now..we simply bend over and take up the kazoo. How the hell they can justify paying us $11.00 and LESS an hour to do a highly skilled job is beyond me. I am sure the CCMs and other TEAM leaders make at least in the high 30s and early 40s. AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN TRANSCRIPTIONISTS.
UNION UNION UNION UNION UNION UNION UNION UNION UNION UNION UNION
Perhaps that is what MQ want us to do....sm [2008-11-18]
Then, they simply hire MTs who will work cheaper and/or send to India.
Glad I made the decision to switch to Reg Part-Time months ago, in order to give my new company more of my skills!
Unfortunately, a union will not bring this company down...sm [2008-11-18]
MQ will simply move their work overseas and make a ton more money. Look at GM and the others. Their manufacturing plants outside of the USA are doing very well and making a profit.
A union for MTs would help MTs if the companies would employ union MTs, but they won't... They don't have to. If they have the option of employing a US union MT, a US non-union MT, or sending work overseas, they'll send it out because it's cheaper... just like they are now, having a union will cause more MTSOs to send work overseas.
I don't think unionizing will help, only send more work overseas like all the other businesses in the US have had to do because of unions. If unions would have stayed grounded in what they were when they started, this would be a great country, but they got too corporate and top heavy and the decisions were no longer made by the workers, but the suits, and it all went to crap.
I saw an interview with Steve Forbes on this a few years ago and he explained perfectly what happened and why unions have destroyed a lot of this country and if they had stayed focused on what they first intended, it wouldn't have happened.
Just my opinion, and if it would work, I'd jump right in and fight too, but I think jumping into a union would be no different than jumping into a big corporate out-of-control company who doesn't listen to their workers wants and needs anyway... just like MQ.
You are ABSOLUTELY correct and thank you for a clear [2008-11-18]
Now we have NOBODY but ourselves to blame if stay and take this crap. And I absolutely am somebody who is abhors change...but this is the final and last straw. I will no longer accept being slapped around by a second rate Indian company that simply wants to put a warm ESL MT in a seat on an antiquated system to listen to American doctors and GUESS if the ASR got it right or not.
