Five minutes is all I need [2007-09-28]
I am a Christian but my flesh is weak and I know we are to turn the other cheek, but I can't wait that long, I only need 5 minutes with that child of God and I'll be the one asking for forgiveness. I do thank God that he did not kill her, but the message is loud and clear, he probably thought he did. I have seen so many heinous crimes that I don't care what anyone says anymore, if you can't live by the law then you die by law.

I wish we lived closer to one another so we could go together. I have similar feelings and have thought so many times about going, but just haven't been able to do it yet. I guess I feel like a lot of folks who go to church are what I call Sunday Christians. I am in Georgia, but about 45 minutes north of Atlanta (my aunt just recently moved back to LaGrange from Bowden). Now, I guess I would sound like a hypocrite if I suggested that you just get out there and DO IT, wouldn't I? I wish you luck, and I'll be thinking of you.
