I I hope you don Is this an electronic payment that will be coming out of your checking account? If so, you need to act fast! I would contact the mortgage company and tell them the situation, that you don If you I think you may have been dealing with an overly aggressive person who only cared about getting the payment and nothing else. Be honest with them. About 10 years ago, I lost a house due to foreclosure so I totally understand what you Back then, there weren I contacted different agencies to find out how to save my house, but they weren We weren't in the mortgage crisis that we're in right now, so I guess they really didn't care. If they Do you have friends or family who could help you? Do whatever you can to save your house! Are there things around the house you can sell? Craigslist is an awesome place to sell stuff. Their website is craigslist.com. It I have purchased from Craigslist, including living room furniture and a lawnmower. If you decide to go this route, make sure you also put a picture of the item on the website. When I go to Craigslist, I only look at the ads that have pictures. It is important to understand that the mortgage company does not want your house. They will work with you. Sometimes mortgage companies will let you put a past due payment onto the back of the mortgage which could make you current. Feel free to email me if you'd like!

I am not 30 days late yet, but as of the first of June I will be. I would not be that worried about it, but I am finally in this house 3 years and now I can finally refinance after being in one of those nasty subprime mortgages and with any late payments I cannot refinance for any better interest rate than I have right now. I think the situation has been taken care of though, as my son I just had a major financial crash in April and then my hubbie was in the hospital for a week earlier this month and I was unable to work, so that is why I am in the situation I am in right now. I have already though worked out my budget for June and God willing things are actually starting to look up. Thank you again for your kindness and encouraging words. I have a niece was born at 27 weeks weighing 2lbs 7oz. She spent 9 weeks in the hopsital. She even caught an infection while in the NICU but pulled through. She is now 18 years old and has never spent a single day in the hospital since she came home. Defintely no long-term problems. We attest this to all the prayers for her. One more thing, when she did come home, her parents followed the doctorhands off. This is a child who I can honestely say has really never been sick a day in her life, except for the common cold. Once again, I will be praying for Lillianna. What a beautiful name.

Thank you - we are all OK. I had my 2 kids and niece with me. It went right between my house and my neighbor It took out my neighbor Itripped outour wooden swingset, which was pounded into the ground, and hurled it about 200 yards across our cornfield in back. I don Just down the road from us several houses were leveled.

Unbelievable family tragedy...please say a prayer. [2007-11-06]
I have to make a long story short here. We just need all of the prayers that we can find. God is the only one that can see us through this tragedy. My sister-in-law is married for the second time with 7 children. Six of them are from her first marriage and the last child was born out of wedlock. They range in ages from 23 to 6. She was married to a man who she claimed was extremely abusive and ended up leaving him approximately 7 years ago. She remarried an alcoholic. A really bad alcoholic. He did end up adopting the youngest son, the one that has a different father - one in which left my sister-in-law when he found out she was pregnant. He has been very threatening to her and her family for the past 3-4 years, since they have been married. These are really horrible threats to kill or harm. He has even landed in jail because of them. I know she felt lost and alone. He has got a really horrible disease and needs help but doesn Her husband was brutally attacked the other night and left for dead. Somehow, he did not die but managed to call 911 and get help. It turns out that my sister-in-law had planned this attack and asked a friend to execute it. They have both been arrested and are sitting in jail. They are both charged with attempted homicide. These 5 kids are at my mother-in-laware of age and live on their own, but they are in town, and understandably devastated.) I feel so horrible and helpless - those poor babies. PLEASE pray for them and for my husband The only thing I can think regarding my sister-in-law is she felt if she left him, he would come for her and her children and kill them all. He has threatened that before. I greatly appreciate your prayers.

My husband and I broke ground yesterday for our new house. The folks in our neighborhood (90%) are not happy. It is much too long of a story to go into here, but I would just like to ask for thoughts and prayers that this project goes smoothly and that the neighbors leave us in peace. Thank you. HC

Need MT Job from home [2007-09-14]
Please pray for me. I recently had to terminate my 10 year in-house MT position in diagnostic clinic of local hospital due to need for guidance/supervision of teenage son with Down Syndrome. I have had several employees contact me and say they were interested and then I never hear back from them. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong. I really prayed about terminating in-house. I felt it was time I start putting my handicapped son/my family first. I have put my work first for years. Any suggestions, please post a message for me. Becky (lonely at home and getting poor without work, but God promises he will provide all my needs, and he has in the past).

He is in his late 20's, bipolar, will not take his meds, suicidal, and has run off to a girlfriend's house who he met in rehab. His sister is looking for him and has found a treatment facility that will take him. He really is a sweet young man who needs help and prayers desperately. My brother and SIL are beside themselves with sadness, fear, and anger. Thank you!
