stethoscopes [2007-11-21]
Can anyone tell me just how good/expensive of a stethoscope I need when just starting clinicals? There is such a variety out there and I don't want to spend a lot of money if I don't have to.

I was hoping I would not have to spend much money on this as it seems like all I have been doing lately is whipping out my checkbook to pay for yet another required something or other! I could not believe how much some of the stethoscopes were, but I know exactly which $17 ones you are talking about as they are indeed in the bookstore.
