Hard 25 of Solu-Medrol [2008-04-28]

IPatient had a hard 25 of Solu-Medrol. At least I think that's what she said. Has anyone heard of this construction used before? I have no background info on this since it's an addendum to a report dictated earlier.

Subject: see inside Sounds as though he is confusing 2 meds here, saying brand-name for 1 drug but the generic for another. Medrol is methylprednisolone. Decadron is dexamethasone. (I've had that happen, and I assume you are hearing it correctly.) Could (s)he be saying or between the two or possibly correcting himself/herself?
