type I: transverse frx thru maxillary sinus and PTERYGOID plates; complications: loss of teeth, infection, malocclusion;
type II: separation thru frontal process, lacrimal bones, floor of orbits, zygomaticomaxillary suture line, lateral wall of maxillary sinus and PTERYGOID plates; complications nonunion, malunion, lacrimal system obstruction, infraorbital nerve anesthesia, diplopia, malocclusion;
type III: separation of mid third of face at zygomaticotemporal, and naso-frontal sutures, and across the orbital floors; complications include nonunion, malunion, malocclusion, lengthening of mid facee, and lacrimal system obstruction;

Subject: meniscus on sinus x-ray? Water's view sinus x-ray shows 1/3, right maxillary sinus, air-fluid level with slightly less degree of air-fluid level noted in the left with an easily visualized (meniscus) seen on exam of both maxillary sinuses on x-ray.

Subject: Gazelle figures I do a lot of typing for a doctor who evaluates kids for ADD/ADHD. She often says He/she copies the gazelle figures through the triangle.
I couldn Does anyone know ifgazelle is supposed to be capitalized? Was it named after a doctor named Gazelle? I can LOL.

We can't see the rest of the report and what might be dozens of clues. Does the patient have cancer?
If people take time to read and try to help, please take the time to provide some clues. When we can't understand a word in our own reports, it's the whole report we draw from.
