Amber specifically said the s/l was of the skin in a circular pattern - during a breast exam.
In the future, if you are going to offer assistance to other MTs, make sure the information you offer up has bearing to the situation in question, provide a reference or 2 to reinforce your answer. In the long run, it might save yourself, the OP and others from making the same mistake.
