Question regarding muddy sclerae

Has anyone heard of a treatment for muddy sclerae (whites of eyes appear brownish/splotchy). I have been told that this occurs due to toxins in the body and is typical among drug users. I have never used drugs and have had this problem since my early 20s. I am now 35. My doc kinda brushed over the topic. Has anyone heard of anything that can possibly get rid of this?

Muddy brown is not good. Could be a cotton mouth.
Or maybe a dull copperhead. Both are poisonous. If he opens his mouth and its white inside, he's a cottonmouth.

. Conjunctivas, (quiet), sclerae non-impaired
I can't figure out what (quiet) should be!!! I know that isn't right, but I can't hear anything else!
