The office I have worked for for the past 14 years will be going to EMR in 3 months using a system called Touchworks. My understanding is they will enter most of the patient's note by touch screen in the room at the time of the visit but still dictate a small amount of the note, such as the Plan, as well as letters of referral, patient letters, etc. They would like the office note transcribed and then placed in the patient's electronic medical record. Can anyone offer me some advice about what equipment I would need to do that?

Anyone familiar with this platform?  Is it user friendly, easy to learn and do you get a good line count with it?  Any info is appreciated. Thanks.
