Can't blame them if they don't know. And it only sounds worse when you try to explain it. I think explaining doesn't help, but if you try to do so, it usually sounds like whining. Then a very compassionate relative, spouse, frend-type might just say to quit if it's so much trouble, when really all you need to do is just vent a little--be heard, be listened to. It can be a very lonely commitment getting that work done on time, day after day.
