That's probably correct if it's a shoulder exam. Internal rotation is measured by vertebral levels.

For some reason, I cannot get my brain to differentiate whether this 20 cc subcutaneous pacemaker pocket falls into the solid measure or liquid measure category. I THINK it would be solid measure, but it's been a long day and my brain is totally zapped. Appreciate any input!
