MRI is reviewed, which shows some intermediary grade partial thickness interstitial s/l teno oseous attachment tearing of the lateral epicondylar area.  This measures 6 x 2 x 7 mm.  Any clues?

There is no evidence of fracture or dislocation.  There is, however, s/l osteo-chrom-o-nal-e.  TIA

bone and condyle is a part of the bone as per femoral condyle, lateral condyle etc. so yes it is a word.
osteo = bone, ostio = passage - sm

How is the word being used? Both are correct, but only one is correct depending on the circumstance.
