Pt. suffered hand injuries then a liver abscess due to Strep. intermedius.  Dr. says it is probable that a "s/l stink-in" organism would enter the body through a skin injury and end up causing significant debilitation, as we saw during his hospitalization, etc.  Thank you!!

what goes around in life comes back around in life and there were so many good people in my work life when I was young and tender.....that I have gone through life helping others.  It's no skin off my back and it gives me such a great feeling.

For your info, I never knew Mohs was named after anyone until a couple of years ago.....when someone I knew was having the Mohs surgery.

If one goes through life being as helpful (not accommodating) as one can be?  It truly will pay off........

with the period it sounds like in general she is less passive, and my understanding was that he was specifically saying that in work situations and other situations she was less passive. Okay, "other situations" is pretty vague, so maybe that's not far from being that way all the time, but I don't see any reason to make it 2 sentences. It is not a great writing, any way you do it, that's for sure.
