and left foot ulcer following s/l bone-ee-atomy. Also has leukocytosis and thrombocytosis and is getting a phlebotomy. This is an ESL, so not sure I'm hearing right. Thanks for any ideas!

This patient has a foot ulcer and is going to be set up for home health care. (I learned this from looking at prior reports.) The doctor starts off saying "Mr. Smith has a s/l thrulfer." The patient is set up for dressing changes and wound care. Beats me. I'm wondering about this doctor lately.....Thanks for any help!
