Subject: Has anyone heard of this combo of antibiotics? Aug and amox?

The physician says, "discontinue Bactrim" (it wasn't working) "and start Augmentin 500 mg plus amoxicillin 500 mg, making 1 gram of oxacillin, one p.o. t.i.d. for two weeks."

I looked up oxacillin to try to get the ingredients but it didn't help - can anyone tell me if this sounds right?
