On breast exam, no dominant mass, correct?  My spell checker (not the actual speller, you know the little green line under the words, grammer checker I guess) is showing this is incorrect, but will accept dominate.  This doesn't sound right to me...help please!

Metformin is sometimes used in women with PCOS to help them ovulate. Lowering calories, Clomid, etc., are also used for treatment. Patients with this are usually overweight or obese with insulin resistance and hormonal issues. Sometimes reducing calories alone will help a woman with PCO ovulate.
