He experienced v-tack? as well as bradycardia.  How do I type v-tack?  anybody?

Doc is saying: EKG shows: It shows him to be in sinus rhythm.  It shows an old anterolateral myocardial infarction.  It also shows a rightward axis, a right bundle branch block with  SL/"Bog cicular" block. I see a Fascicular Block, but I keep hearing Bog.
