Under physical exam, my doc says "There is a healed right upper parasternal surcigal scar."  The patient had a thymectomy.  I'm supposed to put this under one of the usual headings for a PE, should it be Neck or Thorax?  (The dcotor usually dictates the heading, but did not this time.) He says it so weird.  I was wondering if anyone ever heard of heparnotic or something similar--I can't find it anywhere.  He has said it before and says it the same way each time.  I'm stumped.
