Actually on listening again, it sounds like it could be symmetric; he's slurring the beginning of words a lot.  She doesn't have chest or lung issues, though.  Thanks for the suggestion!

This is exactly how the Dr. dictated it-- The patient is a plethoric, tremulous, dyspneac looking like a patient with chronic obstructive lung disease or sleep apnea.


Did she mean to leave the a out before plethoric? That would make more sense but I know you guys would no better than I. I'm still in school and learning. Thanks for the help!

I'm wondering if any experienced MT could tell me if Brugada syndrome is a possibility??  I found it in Stedman's but am having a hard time finding out exactly what it is.  Does seem to be heart related though.
