I know that cranial nerves are counted in Roman numerals, II-XII.  When the doctor dictates the number first, though, how do we type it?  7th nerve?  Seventh nerve?  Is there a standard.  I don't have access to the handbook.  Thanks!

The doctors tape is unclear and all I am catching is  the word  ULLS.  The doctor is talking about this in the HEENT part of the report.

She says the ULLS are 2-3+ bilaterally and very ereythematous.

Do you think this might be - The tonsils are 2-3+ bilaterally and very erythematous.

Thanks.
