Subject: Does scler distensions make sense (sm)

I know that scler is a prefix meaning hard. I have an ESL doc who is using this phrase when talking about a neck examination:

No lymph nodes or scler distensions could be appreciated.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

The pt has dysphagia and has lost weight, so doc is sending him to an ENT physician.

However, it really sounds like she is dictating "Carter pillow" but I had never heard of one before so I really wanted to double check.
