Hello all...typing for a fast one today!  She is speaking of KD68 androgen.  I cannot make out if it is KD 68 interandrogen or inner androgen.  Any clues? 


Another issue is There is minimal erythema of the incus of the right drum.  However, it doesn't sound like incus...sounds like she is saying enos.  Not stumbling over the dictation, but just doesn't sound like incus.  Thanks!

It does reveal maxillary sinus mucopurulence and I cultured this area of yellow drainage and submitted it for aerobic and anaerobic and fungal cultures. I then suctioned the area with _Venalia _ suction under endoscopic guidance and suctioned all debris from the nose and maxillary sinus.

The patient states on initial evaluation that he is currently not having any throat pain nor is he stridorous. The patient does have a medical history of a  s/l TC approximately a year ago for which he was intubated and actually on extubation had to be re-intubated and had some tracheal scarring
