Laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy: Surgeon is entering peritoneum. She's opened the fascia, anchored it with Vicryl, attached CO2 and then she says something like "Lidopril" placed through. Pretty sure there are 3 syllables but she is swallowing the second half of the word. The "Lido" is fairly clear, but can't swear she isn't saying "Lighted". Anyone ever hear of lidocaine being placed with CO2 insufflation? After that, she placed 2 trocars and inspected the abdomen. Any idea what this is? I am stumped.

Here is the sentence:
When we had reached the upper vagina, 2 Phaneth clamps were placed across the upper vagina. The uterus and cervix, tubes and ovaries were excised as a single specimen and handed off the field.
The doctor actually spells out "P-H-A-N-E-T-H" clamps but I can't find any term like this anywhere. Either he is wrong about what clamp he used or I'm not looking in the right spots.
Any suggestions?
