in reality the dictator was saying "a mediastinoscopy."

Please note there are at least two popular pronounciations of this term. You may have expected to hear it as mediastinOscopy (short i sound and accent on the o), but dictators often prounounce it mediaSTEINoscopy, with emphasis on the "stin" syllable, and a long i sound.

as some accounts are not able to process certain symbols. If you were able to do it the usual, correct way, it would be m with a superscripted 2 (no spaces, no periods). Some accounts I've done in the past have requested it written out as you have it. Best to check with your QA.

Subject: QA? That poster is a QA person??...sm

must be brand new to QA....my QA person would definitely know that cold agglutinin has to do with blood and not the spine...IMHO..and wouldn't make those *most diabetics have hypertension* types of blanket statements and my QA person is up there in years of experience......and work ethics.

Who knows - anyone can be anything on this medium we call the web.

Take it all with a HUGE grain of salt, and believe half of what you see and nothing of what you hear in the life.  For all we know, the poster could be a troll.  Again, we don't know that yet - we'd have to take a *wait and watch* attitude.

In French, the term *cul-de-sac* means bottom of the bag (no, it doesn't mean *dead-end street*), bottom of the sack, to us, in English.

So, I'm thinking perhaps a person of French descent might have instructed you on that and in France/French-speaking countries, it would be correct, sac = sack; however, not here if used as a container to place something in that is not body-part related.
