I always hear patellar and Achilles

Can you take out the "both" and see if the s/l is "for patellar and Achilles?"  Longshot for you :)

Is this a patellar reconstruction, or another surgery involving a tendon?  I don't quite get what you mean by just responding stitch.

Since there are so many different transcription platforms, you can't always program in the 1/2 symbol and typing it like that - 1/2 - is clumsy and can be unclear when read. The guidelines at my last in-house job were to convert it to decimal if possible.
