I've had them say coumadinization and coumadinized.
This is just the way I do it: I give all dictators what they say for my own protection and don't worry about whether it's a real word or not.
If you worry about QA coming back on you, do as they say. The problem with that for me has always been that no two QA folks will agree and I get tired of waste of time. I get paid for what I type into the document, not bickering back and forth with QA, and I'll move on if it becomes an issue.
Legally, you're covered when you type what they say.
