doc says s/l heme effusion as relates to trauma.

Is this correct?

right breast implant and some mild increase activity in the left lower chest wall, which may represent mild s/l a-talitic changes.  

should be typed as:

 X-ray with and without BLANK  does show some BLANK under the diaphragm.

Review of her MRI shows she has a small partial thickness rotator cuff tear and some s/l 'tennis-narvi-tous' around biceps tendon.

Review of his x-rays today show no evidence of any s/l 'ab-lateral compartmental arthritis.

wasn't sure if this was an actual word (short for something) or if he possibly tumbled over his words and just meant to say lateral compartmental . . .

Talks fast.  Says there is no ?slud line or possibly settling or ____ of the talar component.  I can't find anything similar.

Chest x-ray with some right s/l * basal rad-o-lexis-is , worse than from previous x-ray.

It s/l the dict is stating the chest is hyperesthenic, but clearly not stating hyperexpanded-- not sure.

I don't get these much and there is a new doctor dictating. 

I question "Cardiac size and cardiovasculature" and also have a blank. 

"Cardiac size and cardiovascular" are normal.  No infiltrate or pleural fluid is seen  ___________ trachea is midline.  There is no hilar enlargement.

chest x-ray showed right upper lobe mass, suspect lung s/l nee-av or lee-av???

Chest x-ray.

Marked elevation in the right hemidiaphragm with s/i savagies and atelectasis and/or scarring.

There is may be a trace of bronchiectasis within this region. s/l Upuvenier density is noted elsewhere.

Any idea what above term is? Thanks

CT scan of the chest reveals no evidence of pulmonary embolism.  There are ill-defined patchy s/l **opathities** in the bilateral lower lobes as well as in the left upper lobe.
