"Cardiac size and cardiovascular" are normal.  No infiltrate or pleural fluid is seen  ___________ trachea is midline.  There is no hilar enlargement.

Don't know what the CT of the chest is for, but I would bet money that you are hearing "protocol" as the second part of your s/l.  Go back and listen for that.

Nothing out of ordinary mentioned on chest x-ray except port line. Patient is a cancer patient if that helps. I thought this might be a drug but I can't find one close. Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.

I am working on a Discharge Summary and the doctor dictates:


"The chest x-ray showed multiple pulmonary opacities with a right upper lobe s/l "fabutation" or "fabucation".  Something like that.  Any suggestions as to what this could be?  The word definitely ends in either "tation" or "cation" and the first letter is soft like s or f.
