Subject: Lower back muscles...

Yikes!  Patient had reduction mammoplasty and now has low back pain.  Doc states she has some tenderness in the low mid back, decreased range of motion with some muscle spasms particularly in the right s/l tibral muscle group.

The only thing that comes close for me is tibial muscle group, I am hearing an "R" sound in the word.  Any clues?
