Just trying to think about what they usually say in the GU exam. Usually dysuria, pyuria and hematuria.

just found the word pyuria
Subject: just found the word pyuria

Pyuria seems to mean what he is using leukouria to mean, but he's a really picky doctor and I hate to change his word on him, so it makes me feel better to know that leukouria has been used and known in the medical community, even if it's outdated.  I think I'll just leave it as is then.  Thanks for your help!

After, reading your post this morning. I finally figured out what the first blank was it is "this is used to elevate the left lobe of the liver away from the anterior wall of the stomach" It was left lobe. I was able to correct this and now am sending it in. It was not a stat.

Subject: What kind of test???

It sounds like the doc is saying "heel" test.

Sentence: The patient questions whether she needs to have a bone density test done. She did have a _________ test done, which was apparently normal, but her last formal bone density test was done in 2002.

I tried googling "heel" tests or "heal" tests and everything in between. Any ideas?

Subject: kind of depends, I think

It sort of depends on your account specifics, I think.

If you type the whole report and still can't figure out which one it would be by using the context of the report, I personally would type the initials and then highlight them because that's what I do with my uncertain words on my account...don't know if that helps much....lol
