Doctor says: "Pancreas shows a normal lobular pattern with interlobular fibro-fatty tissue"
Can anyone confirm if it should be hyphenated or not? Google gave me both ways in several journals.

This is an OP note for a wound incision and drainage, and debridement. He states "All of the ___ tissue was removed using either curettes or scissors, and pickups."
It sounds like "g-by-lased" tissue. He is a mumbler Thanks!

they put in tissue expanders before actually doing the tissue expansion in which patients return for fills to the expanders until they are at a proper volume, usually at which point the expanders get changed out for permanent implants (gel or saline).

The cervix is consistent with a multiparous cervix. The epithelial tissue appears to be normal. The transition zone is normal, and the s/l media-appearing tissue is actually glandular tissue from down below.
