Doc is referencing lungs and says seminary?? show marked congestion.  Does not seem to fit...help.  He is referencing the heart and says AO?? vacuolated cytoplasm.  Any help there?  Much appreciated

Otherwise the patient had negative red cells, a few squamous epithelial cells and a few (s/l raymosis) crystals.


I have tried google and lab book but unable to find anything.
