Subject: Neck exam - pulses

Has anyone ever heard of Carotid "end" pulses.  This is the second time he has said this and sounds like "end" pulses.  Is it possible he could be saying carotid "and" pulses are diminished bilaterally.  I cannot find anything anywhere.

Thanks, Karen
