I am thinking that the doc has crossed 2 different meds, but just in case...

Is there a drug called Metformin hydrochlorizitide or his he just saying it wrong. I know that Metformin hydrochloride is a med for type 2 diabetes which this patient has. She is also being seen for pericardial effusion.
