Slit lamp: Cornea shows endothelial pigment bilaterally. It is not in a pattern but it is just uniformly pigmented on the endothelium of the cornea. Anterior chamber quiet. No cells or flare. Lenses are clear. No sign of any s/l sign-ick-e-a.

I can't tell if it is the accent, but sounds like ortho doc is dictating "hooked tuna sign"

This is being dictated in the neuro portion of the exam.  He says this in several notes and sounds the same each time.  I have searched and searched.  Ahhhhhh!

It starts with a T and is a very short word, may be like Tip but really not sure. That would be a total guess. Thanks for any suggestions!!
