Are end fill, upslide and downslide correct and are they one or two words each - end fill vs. endfill, upslide vs. up slide, downslide vs. down slide?  Thanks!

I cannot tell if she is saying Soca sign, Socus sign, Foca sign, Focus sign - any ideas? Context is ____ sign was negative on the R, positive on the L.
