New ortho doc.

Two problems

1)X-RAYS: X-rays taken today reveal some degree of migration of the tibial component into mild varus, which is somewhat increased from radiographs taken in September indicating loosening of the tibial component. There is no evidence of ______lines around the femoral component on multiple views.

Sounds like "lisic"??

2)Physical examination today reveals that the pin sites are clean, dry and intact. There is no significant surrounding erythema and no evidence of drainage at the pin sites. She is neurovascularly intact distally. Two _____radial pulse and sensation is intact.

Sounds like "pulse"
