I just had an oncology patient who was recently admitted to the hospital for a TIA and RIND.  Does anyone know what RIND stands for?  That's a new one to me. I'm having trouble finding the meaning by using Google.

kind of lost on this one. I would still opt for venous ulcer though, too.

It appears the patient's wrap is intact but that the hiatal repair has come undone so the wrap has slipped up into her chest. Essentially there are only two things you can do about this; one is to do nothing and live with it and the other is operate, repair the curl defect and put the stomach back in the abdomen where it belongs.

MRI of the brain was significant for a large pannus at C1-C2, as well as "s/l show-flow"
defect on the left internal carotid artery.  Any help would be appreciated.  First and only mention of this in the report.
