sounds like plica, referring to a cystic lesion of the ovary. I see there are plica lesions, but would this pertain to an ovarian cyst as well. Thanks.

This makes sense but I can't find evidence of this term.  Any ideas?

This is a CT of the abdomen and pelvis. talking about abdomen..No free fluid in the abdomen. No "free incher", no air.  Sounds like 'Free incher"
