Roth spot...could he be attempting to spell the word for you?

There are Roth spots.  Some docs want to spell words...which sometimes really mess me up until I realize that's what they are doing.    I have never heard of the "hour TA" part of it otherwise.

Medical spell check and word expander
Subject: Medical spell check and word expander

Hi, Could anyone tell me, please, where I can download a GOOD, but CHEAP Medical spellchecker and word expander program?  I just got a new computer with Vista and my Shortcuts program or dictionary (Dorland's) will not work.  I have been off work for a while and need desperately to work, but I'm lacking money to buy those.  Info would be appreciated.  I've spent hours looking on the Net.  Thanks!!

I spell them out (i.e., second, third, fourth) because I am old and disslike what the word processor does to the alternative. I do, however, do a suprascript for exponents (i.e., "cm2" with the "2" smaller and above), but that's just me.
