Patient is having TKA. They put the well leg into an s/l SGT device at the beginning of surgery. Also s/l SCT or SET device. TIA.

The abdomen was shaved, prepped and draped sterilely. Foley catheter was inserted, along with a s/l coomie device that was removed after her procedure. The bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy was performed after I established the pneumoperitoneum and placed trocars for her and evaluated the sigmoid pathology assuring that the salpingo-oophorectomies could be performed satisfactorily without compromising the colon procedure.
