Typed for osteopath and they do trigger point releases etc. OMT really works. After typing all the time my shoulders were up around my ears, I always diagnosed myself as having transcriptionist turtle neck!!!!

Trigger finger and trigger thumb are conditions affecting the movement of the tendons as they bend the fingers or thumb toward the palm of the hand. This movement is called flexion.

The dictation is referring to the "condition trigger finger". That condition is affecting the patient's right ring finger, meaning that that finger most like catches or locks down upon certain movement.

? On trigger point injections
Subject: ? On trigger point injections

This is a trigger point injection into the quadrautus lumborum using 0.5 xylocaine and 0.25 cc s/l "alloquants".  This is on a template that is already filled in for me but the word "alloquants" comes up as underlined in red and I cannot find any info online about what it should really be.  Should I leave it in the template as-is?  Or does someone know what it really should be?

Thanks!
