Sugar seldrums?
Subject: Sugar seldrums?

I have searched and searched and listened and listened and just can't get this one.  Help please!  Doctor is from India and has an accent.  It might be "cell" or something.  Any advice would be great.  If you notice any other errors, please inform.

His initial evaluation with electrocardiogram and blood work to include CK-MB and troponin levels were okay.  He was recommended to adjust his insulin better and was sent home on Sunday morning.  He has been taking ten units of Lantus since then.  Sugar (s/l seldrums) were 90/100.  Prior to this episode, he had a few days of hypoglycemia which would not get corrected even after drinking Coke.  He was taking twenty units of Lantus.

Lenard splint?
Subject: Lenard splint?

This is a wound care note.  They use these splints often, and I have been spelling it Lenard because that's the spelling I found when I Googled it.  It's not in my Stedman's surgical equipment book or my Stedman's on line.  Now the doc spells is (like he's noticed it's misspelled), but spells it Lynard.  Nothing, but nothing medical comes up on Googling that spelling.  Does someone for for sure what this is and how to spell it?  Thanks in advance!
