Subject: He said it's by Stryker.

After mentioning the components used and their sizes, he said "all by Stryker Orthopedics." I went to Stryker.com and still cannot confirm this term, but he says rejuvenate very clearly. There's no doubt in my mind about what he's saying.

Subject: Stryker B1 with a foot plate?

Typing craniotomy.  Phrase sounds like "Stryker B1 with a foot plate was then used to turn the craniotomy flap."  Someone else has typed it Stryker beam on the foot plate and that makes no sense to me but I can't document either one.  HELLLLP!!  Thanks.

The nature of her chest wall spasms is not clear. The first thing that comes to mind is herpes, but this would have to be herpes syn rash. There does not appear to be a cutaneous component to it, and postherpetic neuralgia is less likely but still remains the most likely diagnosis.
