Dacron/wool is a fiber blend for clothing far as I can tell. Dacron is used in some chest ports and sleeve would be my guess for the other word. Good luck.

If so, black salve is an OTC remedy for drawing out splinters, and many other uses.  I googled "drawing salve" and got lots of hits, also "black salve"

doc is referring to a specific spot on the stomach "1-2 cm distal to the diaphragmatic ________." He/she is referring to the diaphragmatic immpression (also called the diaphragmatic indentation) where the diaphragm *indents* the esophagus, or in the case of someone with a hiatal hernia, the stomach.
