I know what he means, but can't figure out how to type it.  Also he said S-tox, which is a new one to me.
Can anyone point me to a reference on how to transcribe this? I know what it means but cant find a solid reference and since I am on day 4 of my very first job and feel like i am getting creamed by QA, I want to avoid any other mistakes if I can help it.
